Membership terms

• Any cancellation or change in membership must be requested via phone by calling (972) 674-1888. Utopia will, in turn, email you back a confirmation of cancellation, to validate your proof of cancellation.
• 30 day cancellation period required before the next billing cycle, and cancellation required by the 15th of month 1 for cancellation in month 3. (e.g., if you request cancellation after January 15, you will be billed for February, but not March)
